We are currently recruiting Care Assistants in Coalville and surrounding areas to provide high-quality support to individuals in their own homes during evening calls.
This is a rewarding opportunity for someone compassionate and reliable who can follow care plans and deliver person-centred care. You must be a driver and confident travelling within the local areas including Coalville, Whitwick, Ibstock, Ellistown and Thringstone.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting clients with personal care, meal preparation, and medication
- Following individual care plans to meet each client’s needs
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Communicating effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable home environment
- Driving clients to appointments or outings where required
- Accurately recording care provided and reporting any concerns
- Attending training and ongoing development sessions
Requirements
- A caring and compassionate nature
- Strong communication skills in English
- Ability to follow care plans and work independently
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
- Previous care experience is beneficial but not essential (full training provided)
