Experienced Retail Security Officer – Manchester City Centre
RFC Security Group is currently recruiting for an Experienced Retail Security Officer to join our team in Manchester City Centre. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional and reliable security officer with retail experience to work in a dynamic retail environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain a safe and secure environment for customers, staff, and visitors
- Monitor store activity and deter theft, anti-social behaviour, and security risks
- Conduct regular patrols of the premises
- Respond to incidents and emergencies in a calm and professional manner
- Liaise with store management and report incidents when required
- Ensure all security procedures and company policies are followed
Requirements
- Valid SIA Security Licence (Mandatory)
- Previous retail security experience is essential
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Professional appearance and conduct
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle challenging situations
- Right to work in the UK
