Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated Depot Yard Labourer to join our dynamic team at our Depot in Warrington. In this role, you will be instrumental in maintaining the smooth operation of our depot yard by handling materials, supporting logistics, and ensuring safety standards are upheld. Your energy and attention to detail will help us deliver exceptional service to our customers every day.
Duties:
Paint and maintain machine decals and provide general depot maintenance where required.
· Ensure electric machines are on charge before and after inspection.
· Act as an ambassador for, and ensure compliance with, Quality, Health & Safety standards.
· You will complete relevant paperwork for the tasks you have carried out.
· Assist with loading and unloading of machines as they arrive, or are preparing to leave, the depot.
· Carry out tasks to maintain the depot, to ensure it is kept tidy and organised.
· Provide your colleagues with on-site support when needed.
Skills
· You enjoy working as part of a team and enjoy working with a wide variety of people.
· You can prepare and paint a machine and can use the equipment and materials appropriately.
· You can complete basic company administration processes.
· You can use equipment and tools in the correct manner.
· You pride yourself in maintaining high levels of personal appearance, ensuring uniform and personal protective equipment are used correctly.
· You are enthusiastic, conscientious, reliable, and flexible.
· You can work well under pressure.
