The Role
We are looking for an experienced Vehicle Refinisher / Paint Technician to join our small, friendly team. This is a role where you will very much be your own boss day-to-day — managing your workload, taking pride in your preparation and finishing, and maintaining high standards throughout.
We’re not chasing volume bonuses or pushing unrealistic targets. We care about delivering excellent results and maintaining our reputation for quality workmanship.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparing vehicles for paint (masking, sanding, priming, etc.)
- Mixing and matching paint accurately
- Applying basecoat, clearcoat, and finishing to a high standard
- Carrying out minor repairs and refinishing work
- Polishing and quality checking completed jobs
- Maintaining a clean and organised work area
- Ensuring all work meets high-quality standards
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a Vehicle Refinisher / Paint Technician
- Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
- Ability to work independently and manage your own time
- A positive, reliable attitude
- Full UK driving licence preferred
