We are currently recruiting for a Head Bartender for 8 at The Londoner, our stunning rooftop bar and restaurant located within our 5 Star Luxury Hotel The Londoner.
Great work hours – Sunday and Monday Closed.
As Head Bartender, you’ll lead the bar team in delivering world‑class service and unforgettable drinks. You’ll shape the bar’s identity through innovative cocktails, flawless execution, and a commitment to excellence that reflects The Londoner’s luxury standards.
Overview:
Manage, inspire, and develop a high‑performing bar team
Create seasonal cocktails and signature serves aligned with 8 Bar’s concept
Deliver personalised, memorable service with meticulous attention to detail
Oversee stock control, ordering, compliance, and daily bar operations
Maintain consistency in service, presentation, and product knowledge
About You:
A proven leader with experience in high‑end or luxury bar environments
Passionate about mixology, trends, and crafting exceptional cocktails
Confident, polished, and able to build rapport with guests and colleagues
Organised, proactive, and calm under pressure
Dedicated to elevating the bar experience through innovation and hospitality
