We’re looking for an Export Coordinator to join our Trading team at our Nantwich site.
Working as part of the Trading team, you will provide key administrative and coordination support to ensure the smooth processing of export orders from start to finish. You will be responsible for managing export documentation, maintaining accurate records, coordinating communications and supporting internal teams, customers and external partners to ensure orders are delivered efficiently.
This is a full-time role fixed term, working 5 days per week.
Key responsibilities include:

Providing administrative support to the Trading team by coordinating and maintaining all required export documentation and paperwork.

Managing export order administration, ensuring information is accurate, complete and communicated within required timescales.

Compiling customer shipping documentation and organising veterinary checks as required.

Liaising with Veterinary Surgeons to ensure export documentation is completed accurately, including changes to destination legislation and requirements.

Ensuring all export orders processed through Heler Foods’ European entity are accurately logged and communicated to the Operations team.

Acting as a key point of contact for export customers, ensuring all required information and updates are provided in a timely and professional manner.

Maintaining export records, sales trackers and spreadsheets to support reporting, forecasting and order visibility.

Supporting the wider Trading team with day-to-day administration and coordination activities to ensure customer requirements are met.
We’re looking for someone who is organised, proactive and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. You will have excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills and the ability to coordinate multiple activities to support our Trading team and export customers.
- Experience within an administration, coordination, customer service, trading support, sales support or commercial environment.

Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Excellent attention to detail, particularly when managing documentation, data and customer information.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with internal teams, customers and external partners.

The ability to liaise effectively with internal departments including Production, Logistics, Supply Chain and Customer Service to manage orders from start to finish.

Confidence communicating with external stakeholders including customers, hauliers, customs partners and suppliers.

The ability to maintain accurate records, update spreadsheets and provide regular reporting information.

Strong computer skills, including confidence using Microsoft Word, Excel and spreadsheets.

The ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities in a busy environment.
- Previous experience within a food shipping, export or logistics environment.

Experience compiling customer shipping documentation and coordinating export requirements, including veterinary checks.

Experience processing and maintaining export shipments and documentation in line with regulations and company standards.

Experience coordinating samples with internal teams and arranging courier/transport requirements.

Experience raising purchase orders and supporting invoicing processes.

Experience supporting product set-up activities and customer sample processes.

Experience working closely with Production and Material Planning teams to ensure orders are achievable and delivered on time.

Experience monitoring export order activity, including weekly and monthly volumes.
