Personal Injury Fee Earner / Solicitor – RTA
Belmont Solicitors is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced Personal Injury Fee Earner or Solicitor specializing in Road Traffic Accident (RTA) claims to join our expanding team in Preston.

The Role
- Position: Personal Injury Fee Earner / Solicitor – RTA
- Employment: Full-Time
- Location: Preston Office – On-site
- Working Hours: Monday–Friday
- Experience: Minimum 1 year’s RTA experience – essential
You will be responsible for managing your own caseload of RTA personal injury claims, providing a high level of client care and ensuring matters are progressed efficiently from initial instruction through to conclusion.
About You
We’re looking for a motivated and confident individual who has a genuine interest in personal injury law and takes pride in delivering a first-class service to clients.
The successful candidate will have:
- A minimum of 1 years’ experience handling RTA personal injury claims
- Experience managing a caseload with minimal supervision
- A good understanding of the RTA claims process
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational and time-management abilities
- A proactive and professional approach to their work
- The ability to work independently while also contributing positively to a team
- A strong focus on client care and achieving the best possible outcomes
