Duties
- Assist with data entry and maintenance of financial records using accounting software such as Sage, Xero, or PeopleSoft
- Support accounts payable processes by verifying invoices, processing payments, and reconciling supplier statements
- Manage accounts receivable activities including invoicing clients and tracking outstanding balances
- Utilize tools like Workday, QuickBooks, and other ERP systems to update financial information accurately
- Prepare reports on financial transactions and assist with month-end closing procedures
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards
- Maintain organized documentation of all financial transactions for audit readiness
Qualifications
- Proven experience with accounting software such as Sage, Xero, QuickBooks or PeopleSoft is highly desirable
- Strong data entry skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Familiarity with accounts payable and receivable processes within a financial services environment
- Knowledge of ERP systems like Workday or similar platforms is a plus
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations
- Prior experience in a fast-paced office setting is advantageous

Pay: £27,300.00-£32,000.00 per year
