Job Description
Barista and front of house in a busy grab-and-go café, based in the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland, independently run by WTMS - Where the Monkey Sleeps.
Serving to-go coffee, hot breakfast & lunch.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, experienced and friendly candidate to join our team. Must have a strong work ethic and good eye for detail.
Coffee training will be provided, but experience in hospitality is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Front of house service
- Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards
- Stock check and rotation
- Ensuring high quality standard and consistency
- Breakdown of café and hot food areas
- Ensuring public seating area is presentable
- Maintaining and cleaning equipment
- Maintaining communicating with supervisors and management
This role is full time Mon-Fri daytime hours - However flexibility is appreciated on the rare occasion that staff members are asked to work out of these hours.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £12.71-£13.00 per hour
