Job Title: Compliance Administrator
Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Compliance Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with health and safety procedures, maintaining ISO standards, ensuring LOLER, MOT, tacho, and tax compliance for refuse vehicles, creating service schedules, ordering vehicle parts and consumables, and communicating all compliance documentation to customers. This role is essential in ensuring that our operations meet all regulatory and safety requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure all refuse vehicles comply with LOLER (Lifting Operations and Lifting Equipment Regulations), MOT, and taxation requirements.
- Create and manage scheduled servicing and maintenance plans for refuse vehicles.
- Order vehicle parts and consumables required for maintenance and operational efficiency.
- Prepare, organise, and send all necessary compliance documentation to customers in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of compliance activities, inspections, and certifications.
- Liaise with relevant authorities, inspectors, service providers, and suppliers to facilitate compliance
- Assist in monitoring and maintaining health and safety standards across operations.
- Assist with internal audits and inspections related to health, safety, and regulatory compliance.

- Support the implementation and ongoing adherence to ISO certifications and standards.
- Stay informed about changes in relevant legislation and standards affecting vehicle and operational compliance.
Qualifications:
- Understanding of LOLER, MOT, vehicle taxation, and related regulatory requirements.
- Previous experience in compliance administration, procurement, health and safety, or a similar role preferred.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office and compliance management software.
- Knowledge of ISO standards and certification processes - desirable.

Pay: £28,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
