An established, tech-forward dental practice in Leeds is looking for an Associate Dentist to take on a stable, inherited patient list from day one.
You will earn up to £15 per UDA, with genuine and proven private earning potential as your book grows. The practice is led by principals with specialist interests in implants, aligners, endodontics, and periodontics, giving you an excellent in-house learning environment and mentoring on tap. With the practice expanding into larger premises, this is a chance to grow your career alongside it rather than simply fill a seat.
What's on Offer
- Up to £15 per UDA, dependent on experience
- A stable, inherited NHS list from day one, with no building from scratch
- Proven private potential, with other associates having grown their private work successfully
- 4 or 5 days per week, with a flexible start date

- Dentally software with PAL AI diagnostics and digital X-rays throughout

Who We're Looking For
- GDC registration (mandatory)
- Active NHS Performer Number (mandatory)
- Comfortable working with digital systems and keen to embrace new technology
- A confident communicator who can discuss treatment options clearly with a diverse patient base
- A growth mindset, keen to develop alongside an expanding practice rather than just fill a seat
