Key Responsibilities
- Lead consulting service delivery, client advisory activities, and operational planning
- Oversee consultants, project workflows, service standards, and client engagement
- Develop strategies to improve service quality, client satisfaction, and business performance
- Coordinate with clients, internal teams, external partners, and senior stakeholders
- Monitor project performance, budgets, risks, timelines, and consulting outcomes
- Support proposal development, business development, and client relationship management
- Prepare senior-level reports, recommendations, and improvement plans
What We Are Looking For
Experience
- Strong experience in business consulting, professional services, client advisory, operations consulting, or business transformation
- Previous senior management or department-level leadership experience is preferred
- Experience working with business clients, consulting teams, or strategic service delivery is an advantage

Pay: £68,000.00-£90,000.00 per year
