Essential Skills
Service Architecture for Complex, Secure or National Security Platforms
- Experience designing service models for classified or high assurance digital services.
- Strong understanding of operating models in cross government or large enterprise environments.
Deep ITIL Service Management Expertise
- Demonstrable experience applying ITIL frameworks within a complex technical environment.
- Prior experience of designing multi tier or federated support models.
Service Transition Expertise
- Proven experience leading service transition for major digital programmes, preferably with dual run or staged migration.
- Understanding of operational acceptance, onboarding, go live readiness and ELS.
Cross Government, Multi Agency or Supplier Ecosystem Experience
- Experience working across organisational boundaries, ideally involving public sector, suppliers and specialist operations teams.
- Ability to navigate differing service cultures and maturity levels.
Commercial and SLA/OLA Design Exposure
- Experience working with commercial teams to shape service offerings, SLAs, performance measures and supplier accountabilities.
Leadership & Communication
- Strong communication and influencing skills, able to operate confidently across operational, technical, commercial and senior stakeholder groups.
- Ability to simplify complexity and design services that scale.
Our client operates hybrid working 2-3 days into London, with occasional client site visits will be required into Glasgow.
