We are seeking a skilled Air Conditioning Installation Engineer to join our dynamic team. Duties
- Install air conditioning units and systems in accordance with technical schematics and project requirements
- Conduct routine maintenance and servicing of existing air conditioning equipment to ensure optimal performance
- Diagnose and repair faults in air conditioning systems, including equipment repair and troubleshooting
- Read and interpret technical schematics, blueprints, and wiring diagrams to facilitate accurate installation and repairs
- Lead installation teams when required, providing guidance and supervision to ensure timely completion of projects
- Collaborate with construction teams during building phases to coordinate installation schedules and site safety protocols
- Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and organised work environment
- Provide technical support and advice to clients regarding system operation and maintenance procedures
Requirements
- Proven experience in air conditioning installation, maintenance, or related mechanical fields
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, schematics, and equipment repair techniques
- Ability to read technical drawings, blueprints, and wiring diagrams accurately
- Leadership qualities with experience supervising or guiding team members on-site
- Familiarity with construction processes and site safety standards
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose faults efficiently
- Relevant qualifications or certifications in HVAC or mechanical engineering are preferred but not essential
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
