Registered Manager – Children's Residential Home
Salary: £50,000–£55,000 + Bonus

Essential Requirements
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or working towards)
- Previous experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager in a children's residential home
- Strong knowledge of Ofsted regulations and Children's Homes Quality Standards
- Full UK driving licence
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Registered Manager to lead a 3-bed children's home. The home is currently rated Good by Ofsted and supports children and young people with emotional and behavioural needs.
You will lead the staff team, ensure high standards of care, and help children achieve positive outcomes in a safe and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day running of the home
- Maintain compliance with Ofsted regulations and Quality Standards
- Lead, supervise and develop the staff team
- Ensure safeguarding procedures are followed at all times
- Build positive relationships with local authorities, families and professionals
- Oversee care planning, risk management and staffing
- Manage budgets and resources effectively
