Overview
We are looking for a friendly and proactive Sales Assistant to join our jewellery kiosk team in Milton Keynes. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and a passion for delivering excellent customer service. This role involves engaging with customers, promoting products, and supporting sales in a retail environment, with responsibility for opening and running the kiosk independently during some weekday shifts.
Duties
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Recommend products and support sales through upselling
- Process transactions accurately using the till system
- Maintain the kiosk’s appearance and product presentation
- Support daily sales and customer service activities
- Work independently during weekday shifts, ensuring smooth daily operations
- Work alongside another team member on Saturdays
Requirements
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Basic numeracy skills
- Reliable, punctual, and responsible
- Comfortable working independently when required
- Sales experience preferred but not essential
15–20 hours per week (flexible depending on business needs)
