Working with an established social housing contractor, you will act as the crucial link between local residents, site managers, and trade teams during ongoing housing refurbishment, planned maintenance, and property improvement programmes across the Winchester patch.

Key Responsibilities:
- Resident Engagement: Serve as the main face-to-face point of contact for tenants, delivering clear information on work schedules, access dates, and project milestones

- Complaint & Issue De-escalation: Proactively address resident inquiries, resolve daily access challenges, and de-escalate concerns with patience and professionalism
- Administrative Support: Maintain accurate resident communication logs, update access schedules, and complete pre- and post-work survey documentation
Requirements:
- Relevant Experience: Proven track record as a Resident Liaison Officer (RLO), Tenant Liaison Officer (TLO), or Customer Liaison Officer within social housing, council, or housing association environments
- Mobility: Must possess a Full UK Driving Licence and access to your own reliable vehicle for daily site visits across Winchester
