Key Responsibilities:
- Foster a genuine passion for Early Years education and child development.
- Deliver high-quality learning experiences and exceptional childcare.
- Safeguard and promote the health, safety, and well-being of children.
- Plan and implement engaging activities that support each child’s development.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and build strong relationships with parents/carers.
- Take responsibility as a key worker, ensuring each child’s individual needs are met.
- Provide parents with professional feedback on their child’s progress.
