People2Events is looking for enthusiastic, reliable, and hardworking Freelance Event Crew to join our growing database. If you enjoy working in fast-paced environments and want to be part of exciting live events, festivals, exhibitions, sporting events, and corporate functions, we'd love to hear from you.
Whether you're experienced within the events industry or looking to gain hands-on experience, we welcome applications from motivated individuals with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
Responsibilities
As part of our event crew, your duties may include:
- Event build and de-rig
- Loading and unloading equipment
- Stage, production and site support
- Installing barriers, fencing and signage
- Setting up event furniture and equipment
- Assisting production and event management teams
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
- General labouring and event support duties
No two days are the same, offering a varied and exciting working environment.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for individuals who are:
- Reliable and punctual
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual work
- Positive with a can-do attitude
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexible to work evenings, weekends and occasional overnight shifts
- Previous event experience is desirable but not essential, as full guidance will be provided.

Requirements
- Must have the right to work in the UK
- Must be over 25+ with a driving licence for company vehicles
- Own transport is advantageous but not essential
