Vehicle Technician
Salary: £38,000–£44,000 (depending on experience)
We’re a proud, family-owned independent garage that has been serving our customers since 1949. Due to continued growth, we’re looking for a skilled and motivated Vehicle Technician to join our friendly and professional workshop team.

The Role
Your day-to-day duties will include:
- Vehicle servicing and routine maintenance
- Clutch and cambelt replacements
- Brake and suspension repairs
- Diagnosing and repairing electrical faults using modern diagnostic equipment
- Communicating effectively with the workshop control and the rest of the team
- Carrying out repairs and maintenance on both retail customer vehicles and sales vehicles
- Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard
What We’re Looking For
- NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent)
- A capable, reliable and efficient technician with a strong work ethic
- Good diagnostic and fault-finding skills
- MOT Tester licence preferred, but not essential
- A full UK driving licence

- £38,000–£44,000 salary, depending on experience
- 39-hour working week
- Minimum of one Saturday morning every fortnight
