We are seeking an experienced, strategic, and results-oriented Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead our organization's financial operations and provide executive leadership in financial planning, budgeting, risk management, and long-term business strategy. The CFO will oversee all financial functions, ensure regulatory compliance, support organizational growth, and serve as a trusted advisor to the executive leadership team and Board of Directors.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement the organization's financial strategy aligned with business objectives.
Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
Oversee accounting, financial reporting, tax planning, treasury, and audit functions.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations, accounting standards, and internal policies.
Analyze financial performance and provide strategic recommendations to executive leadership.
Manage financial risks and establish effective internal controls.
Oversee investment strategies, capital planning, and funding initiatives.
Prepare and present financial reports to executive leadership and the Board of Directors.
Lead, mentor, and develop the finance and accounting team.
Collaborate with department leaders to improve operational efficiency and profitability.
Build relationships with banks, auditors, investors, and regulatory agencies.
Identify opportunities to optimize financial performance and support sustainable business growth.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Master's degree (MBA) and/or CPA designation preferred.
Minimum of 10 years of progressive financial leadership experience, including senior management responsibilities.
Strong knowledge of financial management, corporate finance, budgeting, forecasting, taxation, and risk management.
Experience leading financial strategy in a complex business environment.
Excellent leadership, communication, analytical, and decision-making skills.
Proficiency with enterprise financial systems and Microsoft Office applications.
