We have an exciting opportunity for two Registered General Nurses to join our Care Home
The Role
We are looking for a competent and reliable Registered Nurse (RGN) to deliver safe, effective care and take responsibility for clinical standards on shift. Our main aim is to help our residents maintain their dignity and independence in our homely surroundings.
Role: Registered Nurse
Must have a VALID NMC Pin.
Available Positions
Key Responsibilities
- Safe administration of medication
- Monitoring residents and responding to clinical needs
- Maintaining accurate care documentation
- Leading care staff and ensuring standards are met
- Working in line with CQC regulations and internal policies
- Communicating with families and external professionals
Requirements
- Valid NMC registration (essential)
- Care home experience preferred
- Strong clinical judgement and organisation
- Confident leading a shift
- Reliable with good attendance
