Responsibilities

- Consult with clients to understand their grooming needs and provide professional advice on styles and products.
- Maintain a clean and organised workspace, ensuring all tools and equipment are sanitised and in good condition.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in hair styling and barbering techniques to provide clients with contemporary options.
- Build strong relationships with clients through effective communication and excellent customer service.
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of services provided.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Barber or in a similar role within the grooming industry.
- Proficiency in various hair styling techniques and barbering skills.
- Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to engage effectively with clients.
- Excellent customer service skills, demonstrating professionalism and attentiveness to client needs.
- A valid barbering qualification or certification is preferred but not mandatory if experience is substantial.
