Railway Children's day Nursery are looking for a full time or part time level 3 qualified practitioner to join our small, well established and friendly team. Minimum of 20-40 hours per week with the opportunity for extra hours to cover holidays and courses. Hours will be between 7:30am-6pm Monday to Friday throughout the year.
Job role includes engaging with and caring for children, observations and assessments, as well as working as part of a small team to assist with the day to day running of the setting.
Required to complete statutory training all available within the setting such as Paediatric First Aid, Food Hygiene, Safeguarding Children as well as opportunities to further develop professional skills.
We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic and passionate about working with young children, is able to work on their own initiative, able to communicate well and who is able to work as part of a team. Someone who is able to form firm bonds with children and the families in the setting, someone who has caring and nurturing nature.
Successful applicants will be subject to an enhanced CRB check.
We are a small rural nursery located in Creeton, near to Little Bytham and just 7 miles from Stamford and Bourne.
