Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Assistant to join our team in Beaconsfield. The ideal candidate will assist the sales team in achieving targets and providing excellent customer service.
Duties:
- Assist customers with product inquiries and purchases
- Upsell products to increase sales revenue
- Provide exceptional phone etiquette when handling customer calls
- Support the sales team in administrative tasks
- Maintain a tidy and organized sales floor
Experience:
-Minimum 1 year jewellery / retail experience
- Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately
- Ability to upsell products effectively
- Strong communication skills to interact with customers
- Excellent time management to handle multiple tasks efficiently
