We are seeking a skilled and motivated Dental Associate to join our forward-thinking team in our Private Practice in Leamington Spa who will complete General and Cosmetic Dentistry such as Invisalign, Composite Bonding and Smile Makeovers.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for high-quality cosmetic dentistry , a commitment to clinical excellence, and experience with modern dental technologies, including intraoral scanning systems . At Beyond Dental we are changing the patients perspectice on dentistry and offering the very best patient experience.
Experience & Skills Required:
- Cosmetic Dentistry: 1 year (preferred)
- Invisalign useful but we can mentor
- Proficiency in intraoral scanning technology (e.g., iTero,)
- Strong understanding of dental technology and equipment
- Excellent clinical standards and a patient-focused approach
- Demonstrated commitment to continued professional development
- Fantastic at rapport building, down to earth, well spoken
- Private dentistry background minimum 2 years you must be able to show a portfolio of work.
Postgraduate Training:
Candidates must have completed be enrolled or planning to enroll in relevant postgraduate education such as:
- Tipton Training
- Aspire
- Chris Orr
- Vasant courses
- Or an MSc programme in PGdip Restorative or Aesthetic Dentistry
License/Certification:
- GDC Registration
- Professional Indemnity
Renumeration:
- £250,000 net based on four days per week (average)
Days available:
- Full time and part time due to expansion
- Monday-Saturday
