About the role
The Sales Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the Head of Account Management and the wider commercial team, helping to ensure that account management, sales operations and client engagement activities are delivered in a consistent, professional and well organised manner.
The role combines sales coordination, client support, CRM administration and operational follow through. Acting as a central point of coordination, the Sales Coordinator helps manage actions, reporting, client communications, proposals, pipeline administration and internal stakeholder engagement, ensuring that commitments are tracked and delivered while maintaining high standards of customer service.
Working closely with Account Managers, Presales, Service Delivery, Projects, Finance and Marketing, the Sales Coordinator helps ensure that opportunities, client requests and commercial activities progress efficiently through the business. While not a quota-carrying sales role, the position plays an important part in client retention, revenue growth, sales effectiveness and the overall customer experience.
