Barista/Café Assistant
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Barista/Café Assistant to join our small, friendly team in Hartlebury.
Part time, plus flexibility to cover holidays.
Due to the nature of the business we aren't able to offer set days for this position but rotas will be available two weeks in advance. Shifts between the hours of 9:30-5:30 Tuesday-Sunday (and bank holiday Monday's).
Own transport essential due to location.
Duties
* Greeting customers, assisting with menu queries and taking orders using the Epos till system.
* Operate coffee machine and equipment efficiently while adhering to safety guidelines to prepare tea, coffee and other hot beverages.
* Serving food to tables.
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the work area, including equipment, utensils, and seating areas. Assist with washing up throughout the day.
* Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure timely service.
* Assist with the end of day cafe clean down.
Experience
* Previous experience as a bariata in a busy café or similar is advantageous.
*A positive attitude with a willingness to help both customers and the rest of the team.
Job Type: Part-time
