We are looking for someone to take charge of our kitchen operation at the Jay Corner Coffee Shop & Bistro. We serve an extensive Breakfast & Lunch menu, cooking everything fresh from scratch.
Previous experience in a professional kitchen environment is essential for this role, ideally in a leadership role. You need to have great attention to detail, understand and comply with Hygiene Management systems while being able to work at speed and stay calm under pressure.
You should have good general food knowledge and be allergen aware. have a good understanding of contamination risks and safe food preparation methods.
Working hours 8am until 3.30pm Wednesday to Sunday.
