Overview:
As a Partnerships Manager, you will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with a portfolio of key, high-value customers, playing a pivotal role in driving revenue growth, delivering outstanding service, and ensuring long-term partnership success.

Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers

Identify opportunities to grow revenue and improve partner performance

Lead commercial discussions, including promotions and agreements

Proactively monitor account performance and provide insights to internal teams

Deliver structured account planning to stay ahead of customer needs and challenges

Collaborate closely with internal teams (Product, Games, Operations) to ensure effective delivery and promotion of content

Work closely with Product and Games teams to ensure content is delivered and promoted effectively

Gather and share customer feedback to support future product development

Stay up to date with market trends, competitors, and industry developments

Act as a key point of contact for customers, ensuring a high level of service

Proactively solve problems and identify ways to improve performance
Qualifications:
- 3+ years experience in account management, partnerships, or sales, preferably within an e-gaming, casino, or B2B Gaming environment

Strong commercial awareness and confidence in handling negotiations

Excellent relationship and stakeholder management skills

Ability to use data and insights to inform decisions
