About the Company
Our client is a long-established, independent family business managing a substantial residential property portfolio across Glasgow City Centre and the West End.
The business combines an established reputation with a hands-on, relationship-led approach to property management. This is an opportunity to join a stable team where you can take genuine ownership of a portfolio and make a visible contribution to the continued development of the business.
The Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced residential lettings professional to take responsibility for the day-to-day management of their own property portfolio.

For someone currently operating in a senior administrative or coordination capacity, this could provide a clear step into full portfolio management. For an established Property Manager, it offers the opportunity to manage a portfolio within an independent business with strong local market knowledge and a supportive team environment.

- Ensure properties and tenancies comply with relevant Scottish legislation and regulatory requirements.
- Apply working knowledge of Scottish Private Residential Tenancy (PRT) legislation.
- Coordinate property inspections and occasional property visits.
- Manage competing priorities across a varied portfolio and ensure issues are followed through to completion.
- Maintain accurate property records and documentation.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and contribute to improvements in property management processes.
