About The Role
Property Compliance Group is looking for a skilled Gas Engineer to join our team. You'll be the frontline representative of our brand, visiting customers' homes to provide Gas Safety certificates, Boiler Services, Portable Appliance Tests, EPC’s and Damp and Mould Surveys (training will be provided where required).
This role is not just about completing inspections and services. Your inspections, reports and feedback will form a key part of the strategic advice we give to our landlords. Additionally, you will be expected to build a relationship with your customers, as we provide them advice on their heating systems, energy tariffs and heating bills.

About Property Compliance Group
We believe in cutting future bills – we do this for our landlords by combining several required or recommended inspections into 1 visit and providing landlords with strategic advice about how to improve any issues their tenants may be experiencing.
We cut bills for our tenants and homeowners by servicing the heating system thoroughly, and doing a free review of their energy bills, and making sure they are on the cheapest tariff for their usage.
Our mission is to provide strategic advice to our customers that genuinely helps them reduce costs, as well as providing excellent engineering services.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing a full range of gas and plumbing maintenance, alongside a range of other inspections.
- Identify and flag potential issues: blocked systems, inefficient settings, maintenance needs, or opportunities to improve performance
- Provide all paperwork and certificates are completed in accordance with all relevant standards and legislation.
- Speak with customers about how they use their heating system - comfort levels, any issues, seasonal patterns and identify solutions.
- Represent PCG professionally— Treat our customers as your own, every interaction reflects our commitment to customer service
Required Qualifications & Experience
- A recognised qualification such as NVQ3 and/or City and Guilds along with gas safe registration (essential)
- A recognised F-gas qualification (desirable)
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in heating engineering, boiler servicing, or gas installations (essential)
- Full UK drivers’ licence (essential)
- Excellent verbal communication skills (essential)
- Comfortable using digital tools—our booking system and data forms are online (essential)
