Are you a self-employed electrician or electrical improver looking for consistent, long-term work with a professional and supportive team?
We're looking for experienced, reliable contractors to join our growing business. As a well-established, mid-sized electrical contractor, we deliver a wide range of domestic, commercial and light industrial projects across the region. Our workload is diverse, meaning no two days are the same.
From high-end residential installations and commercial refurbishments to testing, maintenance, EV charging and responsive remedial works, you'll have the opportunity to work on interesting projects that develop your skills and keep the job enjoyable.
The Role
Working alongside our experienced engineers, you'll undertake a varied range of electrical work, including:
- Domestic and commercial electrical installations
- Consumer unit replacements and rewires
- Commercial refurbishments and fit-outs
- Electrical testing, inspection and fault finding
- Maintenance and responsive remedial works
- EV charger installations
This is a hands-on role offering a genuine variety of work, with opportunities to broaden your experience across multiple sectors.
What We're Looking For
Ideally you'll have:
- NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent)
- AM2 Qualification
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
- 2391-52 Inspection & Testing (or equivalent)
- Full UK Driving Licence ( Essential )
- Your own hand tools ( specialised tools provided )
- A professional attitude and excellent workmanship
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
