We're looking for a Warehouse Administrator to join our team in Skelmersdale, providing vital support to ensure the smooth flow of goods, information and processes across the warehouse. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and playing a key role behind the scenes, we'd love to hear from you.
A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE

Maintaining accurate records across Warehouse Management Systems, ensuring operational data is updated, validated and readily available

Generating reports and performance information to support daily operations and provide valuable insight to the wider team

Processing inbound orders, coordinating bookings and preparing warehouse documentation to support efficient picking and dispatch activities

Investigating system queries and discrepancies, working closely with operational colleagues to resolve issues quickly and effectively

Providing administrative support across the warehouse function, ensuring processes are followed, records are maintained and deadlines are consistently achieved
THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO

Have previous experience in a warehouse, logistics or supply chain administration role and understand the importance of accuracy in a fast-moving operation

Are confident using Warehouse Management Systems, Microsoft Office applications and other administrative tools to manage workloads effectively

Can prioritise tasks and remain organised in an environment where deadlines and customer requirements are constantly changing

Have strong communication skills and enjoy building positive working relationships with colleagues across different teams

Take pride in producing high-quality work, with excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
