The job entails of part time hours within the opening hours of 8am-6pm, Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities
- Greet patients and visitors warmly, ensuring they feel comfortable and valued from the moment they arrive
- Schedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments efficiently using our practice management software
- Answer incoming phone calls promptly, providing accurate information or directing inquiries to the appropriate staff member
- Collect and verify patient information, insurance details, and update medical records accurately
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, and mail
- Maintain a clean, organized reception area that reflects professionalism and hospitality
- Support administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and inventory management of office supplies
Requirements
- Prior administrative experience in a healthcare or medical setting is preferred
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Proficiency with office software such as Microsoft Office Suite or equivalent programs
- Ability to handle sensitive patient information with confidentiality and discretion
