Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Office Administrator to join The Elite Care Connections Company in GB. This vital role involves managing administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations and support our mission of compassionate social care from our office based in Cromer.
Shift Patterns 4 days weekly Monday to Thursday
Monday you will work in our office 9am to 3pm
Tuesday you will work 12:00 to 3pm and then from home answering the phone for your on call shift. For this you are paid a set fee of £40

Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations to ensure efficiency.
- Coordinate communication between clients, caregivers, and management.
- Maintain accurate records using Microsoft Office and QuickBooks.
- Handle phone inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
- Organize schedules and appointments for staff and clients.
- Perform data entry and clerical tasks to support administrative functions.
- Ensure the office environment is organized and welcoming.
- Support team members with various administrative duties as needed.
- Qualifications
- Proven experience in office administration or related roles.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Good communication skills with professional phone etiquette.
- Experience with data entry and record keeping.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of QuickBooks is a plus but not mandatory.
- Previous experience in social care or healthcare administration is advantageous.
