Build Your Career in Software Sales at Forterro
Forterro is looking for an Associate Account Manager to join our team and support a portfolio of customers using our industry-leading software solutions.
This role is ideal for someone who has experience in a customer-facing or sales position and wants to develop a career in account management. You'll work closely with experienced Account Managers, take ownership of customer relationships, and play a key role in helping customers get the most value from their software investment.
We're looking for someone who enjoys speaking with customers, spotting commercial opportunities and is willing to pick up the phone and make things happen.
Why Forterro?
Founded in 2012, Forterro has grown into a leading provider of software for industrial businesses. Today, more than 2,500 employees across 40+ locations support over 13,000 customers worldwide.
Our software is built specifically for the industries we serve, helping manufacturers improve efficiency, streamline operations and compete more effectively. With established teams across Europe's leading manufacturing economies and a growing international presence, Forterro offers the scale of a global organisation alongside the expertise of specialist software businesses.
For ambitious people, Forterro offers genuine career progression, development and the chance to work with customers that rely on our software every day to run their businesses.
About the Role
You'll support customers using LogiKal, the leading software solution for designing, calculating and manufacturing windows, doors and curtain walls, and Quotila, Forterro's cloud-based sales and quotation platform for the fenestration industry.
The majority of your time will be spent working with existing customers. You'll build relationships, understand their business needs and identify ways they can benefit from additional products, services and functionality.
Alongside responding to customer enquiries, you'll proactively engage with customers, uncover commercial opportunities and contribute to customer retention and account growth.
This role has been created as a stepping stone into Account Management, with a clear path towards managing your own portfolio of customers and taking on greater commercial responsibility.
You might currently work in internal sales, business development, customer success, customer service, sales support or a similar commercial role and be looking for your next step.
