The Black Horse is on the lookout for a Chef de Partie!
We are a fresh food gastro pub and hotel in a great location with expansion plans. We are paying competitive rates, and tips are in addition to the hourly rate. We believe strongly in a work-life balance, so we can offer flexible working hours if required.
A Chef de Partie would work closely with the Head and Sous Chefs and would be expected to run a section within the kitchen and help manage junior staff. Experience at rosette level cooking would be advantageous.
Level 2 Food Safety is preferred, although we can provide this is needed. You must be eligible to work in the UK. Due to the immediate start dates required, we will only be taking local applications forward.
