Michael Yoakleys Charity is looking to hire a Cook & Kitchen Assistant to join the team at Yoakley House our residential care home for the elderly in Margate. If you can make basic hot and cold meals, and enjoy baking cakes this job is for you. You will also be required to be a kitchen assistant to the other cook at least once a week.
Shifts are 7.30am - 2pm morning cook or kitchen assistant, 1.30pm to 6.30pm tea cook (it is not usual to work both shifts on the same day).
Minimum 18 hours per week with plenty of cover shifts available so someone with flexibility to do more would be preferred.
Pay rates quoted are per role with enhancements paid for weekends and bank holidays.

Tea Cook £13.30
Morning Cook £14.30
