We are looking for friendly, reliable and hardworking Sales Assistants to join our busy service station team in Inverness.
As a Sales Assistant, you will be one of the main faces of the business, welcoming customers and providing fast, friendly and professional service throughout the day.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, can stay calm during busy periods, and takes pride in keeping the workplace clean, tidy and well presented. Previous customer service or retail experience is helpful, but not essential, as full training will be provided.
Main Duties:
- Serving customers in a polite and friendly manner
- Operating tills and handling transactions accurately
- Replenishing stock and keeping displays well presented
- Keeping the work area clean, tidy and organised
- Following company procedures and health and safety standards
- Supporting the team to deliver excellent customer service
- Helping to reduce waste and maintain stock control
- Working as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
