About Us
We are a growing organisation delivering community-focused projects including craft sessions for socially isolated elderly people, digital literacy support, and holiday camps for children and young people. Alongside project delivery, we manage funding applications, marketing, finance, and compliance to support our expanding services.
This is a voluntary placement opportunity for students undertaking a university-mandated industrial placement year. A maximum of £1,000 bursary is provided to support travel and subsistence costs. No salary is payable.
Role Overview
This is a varied, hands-on role combining community project delivery with business operations support. The placement student will work both in the field (libraries, community venues, holiday camps) and remotely/office-based, supporting the organisation across finance, administration, marketing, and funding research.
A high level of independence and initiative is required, as much of the management communication is remote.
