We are working with a well-regarded law firm seeking a restructuring & insolvency solicitor/associate/senior associate to join its restructuring & insolvency team in Manchester. Ideally suited to candidates with Open PQE. This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate looking to take on quality work, develop strong client relationships and progress within a supportive, commercially minded environment.
The successful candidate will be involved in pre-insolvency advice, business sales, distressed property, insolvency litigation, director claims and stakeholder advice. You will be expected to manage matters proactively, deliver high standards of client care and work collaboratively with colleagues across the wider practice.
