What You'll Be Doing
As a Commercial Cleaner, your responsibilities will include:

Carrying out deep cleaning of commercial and social housing properties

Carpet cleaning using specialist equipment

Mopping floors, litter picking, and maintaining high cleaning standards

Responding quickly and safely to spillages

Using cleaning equipment and chemicals in line with health and safety procedures

Driving a company vehicle between sites across the local area

Delivering excellent customer service and communicating professionally with clients and residents

Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard
What We're Looking For
To be successful in this role, you'll need:

Previous commercial cleaning experience (essential)

Experience working within social housing (desirable)

A full UK driving licence (essential)

A reliable, positive, and hardworking approach

The ability to work independently and as part of a team

Good communication and customer service skills

Flexibility and a willingness to learn new skills and procedures
