We are currently looking for a Property maintenance person to take up the position of in our growing company for up keep and regular repairs for our growing lettings company.
We have been established over 25 years and still growing in the property development sector.
This would suit anyone who wants to be self employed and wants ongoing work security and progress with a stable career. The person would need a full driving licence and preferably own van or vehicle.
We are looking for someone who is good with people, trust worthy, efficient and good time management who can work at a fast pace and work to deadlines.
The ideal candidate will be expected to be multi skilled in all sectors and be able to carry out basic carpentry, plumbing, basic electrical, decorative tasks to a high standard.
You will also be required to work on our renovations/refurbishment from time to time with new projects/purchases. Experience in this sector would be preferred.
Experience in other fields is an advantage.
