We are a well established steel stockholder based in Trafford Park Manchester. We have been in business for over 40 years and have a good reputation.
Your duties will be to work as directed by your supervisor primarily utilizing an overhead crane to load and offload delivery vehicles. All work is carried on inside the warehouse. You may at certain times be asked to assist with other production activities. These could include operating steel cutting machinery, packing and palletizing, fork lift truck operating (subject to a suitable licence). Ongoing training both internal and external will be given to the right applicant. We are a busy steel stockholder and processor of mild steel sheets who is looking for someone to be a versatile addition to our workforce. Experience is always preferred but we are happy to train someone with the right attitude and desire to learn.
Working hours are Mon-Thurs 7.00am -5.30pm. Overtime at 1.5 hourly rate is offered on Fridays. (Optional).
