Ryak Cleaning and Support Services are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Commercial Cleaning Operative to manage the daily cleaning of high-specification office and facility spaces in Newtownards.
Due to the site location, candidates must hold a valid driver’s licence and have access to reliable personal transport.
Key Responsibilities
You will maintain an exceptionally high standard of cleanliness across administrative, executive, and staff areas, including:
- Reception & Admin: Entrance hall, waiting area, reception office, main admin office, executive offices, and boardroom.
- Office Suites: Individual offices (ground and first floor), open-plan office areas, stairwells, and connecting corridors.
- Staff Facilities: Staff canteen and kitchen area.
- Washrooms: Daily deep cleaning and sanitisation of bathroom facilities.
- Meeting Spaces: Conference room and boardroom.
- Standard duties including surface disinfection, high/low level dusting, vacuuming, floor care, waste disposal, and restocking supplies.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of commercial cleaning experience (essential).
- High Standards: Exceptional attention to detail with pride in maintaining pristine working environments.
- Transport: Full UK driver’s licence and access to a vehicle (essential due to site location).
- Reliability: Self-motivated, trustworthy, punctual, and able to work independently.
