Beaumont Patisserie is an award-winning dessert manufacturer supplying hotels, universities, hospitality venues and transport operators across the UK. We are looking for an experienced Production Pastry Chef to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Producing cakes, desserts, cheesecakes and bakery products to specification
- Scaling recipes and preparing ingredients
- Mixing, baking, decorating and finishing products
- Maintaining high food safety and quality standards
- Completing production records and paperwork
- Supporting continuous improvement within the production team
Requirements
- Previous pastry, bakery or dessert production experience
- Good understanding of food safety and hygiene
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, organised and able to work as part of a team
- Experience in food manufacturing is an advantage
Pay: £14.00-£16.00 per hour
