We're looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Vehicle Preparation & Photography Assistant to join our growing team. This is a varied, hands-on role that combines vehicle presentation, photography, and digital content creation. Whether you already have experience or are looking to develop your skills, we're keen to hear from individuals with a genuine passion for cars, a creative eye, and strong attention to detail.
The Role
You'll play an important part in preparing our vehicles for sale by ensuring they are presented impeccably and photographed to a professional standard. Your work will directly contribute to how our vehicles are showcased across our website, social media platforms, and online advertising channels.
No previous automotive photography experience is essential, as training can be provided for the right candidate. What matters most is your enthusiasm, willingness to learn, and pride in producing high-quality work.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare vehicles for photography by cleaning, detailing, and presenting them to showroom standard.
- Photograph vehicles from a range of angles, capturing key features and specifications.
- Edit and enhance photographs to ensure a consistent, high-quality finish, where required.
- Create engaging visual content for our social media platforms.
- Assist with short promotional videos and walkaround content when required.
- Organise and maintain an efficient digital image library.
- Opening and closing of the showroom, you will be a Keyholder.
- Occasionally meeting and greeting customers.
- Collecting cars throughout the UK.
- Ensure the photography area and preparation workspace remain clean, organised, and professional.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure vehicles are advertised promptly and accurately.
- Maintain the high presentation standards that Warwickshire Specialist Cars is known for.
What We're Looking For
Essential
- A genuine passion for cars and automotive presentation.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- A positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Good organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a small team.
- A full UK driving licence with 2 years driving experience (insurance reasons)
Desirable
- Experience in vehicle preparation, detailing, or valeting.
- Photography experience, either professionally or as a hobby.
- Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Capture One, or similar editing software.
- Experience creating content for social media platforms.
