IMH Recruitment are currently seeking D1 Drivers to work on behalf of our client in Leicester, based over2 depots, LE8 and LE9
This is a position starting in early September, offering weekly pay through the agency.
The Role:
You will provide a transport service for SEN Children across schools in Leicester.
Key Duties:
- To drive any County Council operated vehicle as required in a safe manner and in compliance with Road Traffic Law.
- To maintain all vehicles in a clean, hygienic and tidy condition both inside and out at all times.
- To complete vehicle checks before getting into the bus.
- To drive and transport SEN School Children to and from home and dropping them off at the designated school.
- To work on a split shift basis.
- You would get a PA on the bus, so your sole responsibility is to drive the bus in a safe manner.
Requirements
- Comfortable driving a van.
- Enhanced DBS Check (essential).
- Full Driving Licence prior to 01/01/1997
- Post01/01/1997 Driving license with appropriate mini-bus capability category D1.
- PCV Licence
- Basic First Aid
Hours & Pay:
- Monday to Friday
- Split Shift. 06:45- 9am (approx). Then 14:00- 16:30 (approx)
- Starts at £13.06 per hour
- Weekly pay via agency!
