Who We Are
At Pico’s Tacos, we create a fun, positive environment to work in where attitude is more important than experience. Our food is all about our fresh corn tortillas, made throughout the day by hand. For our tacos, we work with the UK’s best suppliers to celebrate British produce with traditional Mexican recipes and our own interpretations of them.
Learn an in depth knowledge of Mexican cuisine and the ways we adapt it to British Ingredients - you’ll get to grips with the art of the tortilla, fresh salsas made daily and the best spices and chillies imported from Mexico. With frequent menu changes and an experimental drive in the kitchen, you'll have free rein to learn about the cuisine, work on the dishes and eventually add them to the menu.
The Job
Pico's Tacos (@eatpicos) are looking for motivated and passionate chefs to join our taquerias. Working in the beautiful Mackie Mayor (@mackiemayor), we need enthusiastic chefs to join our tight-knit crew and help us serve the best tacos in the North-West.
Cooking in an open plan kitchen and with a fun team, we are looking to hire someone who wants to grow with our business. We’re flexible about experience, but the right attitude is everything - willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and a desire to learn are what we love. So if you’ve got your head screwed on, love learning new things, and hold yourself to the highest standards, we want you!
